This is my very favorite potato salad recipe. I grew up eating this on the weekends while at the river house along side of burgers. YUM!! My mom was here this past week and we made it and it took me right back to being little. It isn't fancy, or super pretty but it is amazingly yummy!!

Potato Salad:

Ingredients:
6-8 large potatoes, peeled, boiled cooled and chopped
1 medium yellow onion diced
2 stalks of celery diced
1/4-1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise (may need more because the potatoes soak it up)
2T yellow mustard
1T onion powder
1T garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
In a small bowl mix together mayo, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and pickle relish. Chop potatoes, celery and onion. Add sauce and stir until covered. Salt and pepper to taste.
