I too have been struggling with infertility for almost 2 yrs and we are one our last cycle before we will be looking to IVF. You can read more about our journey here : http://bethandharrison.blogspot.com/ Anyway, I found this program called Circle Bloom through a friend that is a relaxation and meditation type program that you do once a day(more if needed) for 15-20 minutes a day to stay relaxed. The program has a certain recording you listen to depending on your cycle day with special programs for retrieval and transfer. I don't know how far you are into this cycle but if you want to listen to a track or two, I can email them to you or you can just check out their website. (Circlebloom.com).
